Roz still has possession of the paper, so will not be driving illegally. May I add my personal thanks to those who are being so kind to Roz in this predicament. People ask me if I am afraid for her when she is at sea, well I have sleepless nights when she is on land as well. Such as now. In fact, as someone has said, she is safer out on the ocean.
