About Roz
Welcome to my website. I update this regularly with all kinds of information - mostly about me and what I'm up to, but also stuff about the environment, ocean rowing, and how to prepare physically and psychologically for endurance events.

I've tried to make the site as informative and interesting as I can, but if there is something you want to know that I haven't answered here, drop me a line. Or post a comment to my blog to air your opinion.

I had a lot of fun putting the site together. I hope you have a lot of fun viewing it.

Love and best wishes
Roz

P.S. My favourite bit of the site is the video of some Atlantic rowing action. Enjoy!
